An aerial shot in Grand Theft Auto VI: An Extended Look has prompted an interesting comparison: a low waterfront residential complex resembles Miami's Bay Harbor Club, the location used for exterior shots of Dexter Morgan's apartment.
Where the comparison came from
The observation was posted on X by DrakoAfoa and later reported by GameSpot. The GTA VI image comes from the aerial shot at roughly 16:33–16:35 in Rockstar's official video. The comparison image shows Bay Harbor Club in Bay Harbor Islands.
What looks similar
• Both complexes sit beside the water.
• Both use long, low residential buildings surrounded by taller blocks.
• From the air, the general layout can resemble a set of wings arranged around open spaces.
Why this is not a confirmed reference
The viral game crop is only 370×352 pixels and has been enlarged heavily. It does not support a precise comparison of facades, floor counts, entrances or the complete site plan. Waterfront condominiums of this type are also common across Miami and its islands.
Rockstar has not identified the building, mentioned Dexter or confirmed a cameo, accessible interior or easter egg. The similarity may be deliberate, a loose adaptation of real architecture or a coincidence.
