It is a captive animal and there is no confirmation that it counts as a wild species among the ones Rockstar names. In the real world it is a snake native to Florida and the southeastern United States, non-venomous, that kills its prey by constriction. It has red or orange blotches edged in black, is 0.6 to 1.5 meters long and mostly eats rodents. It is one of the most popular pet snakes, and in the wild it is sometimes mistaken for the copperhead, which is venomous.
