GTA VI Crews and Factions: who runs Leonida

Rockstar hasn't published a list of GTA VI crews, but its trailers, screenshots and website already show names you can read: the PTT Youngin$ of Southside, a biker club in Ambrosia, the businesses of Boobie Ike, Brian Heder and Raul Bautista, and four forces with a badge. This guide covers where each one comes from and separates what's been seen from what only circulates in leaks.

Confirmed

The crews on screen: PTT Youngin$ and Final Chapter MC

Two gangs have an official name. The PTT Youngin$ are from Southside, in Vice City: the Ultimate Edition listing calls them one of the neighborhood's loudest and most socially active gangs, and that edition adds a mission to raid their compound. Rockstar also shows their illegal goods store in a screenshot. Final Chapter MC is a biker club from Ambrosia: in the official screenshot Ambrosia 01, their vests carry a patch with the club name, the year 1982, the letters MC and an AMBROSIA rocker.

Confirmed

The bosses: Boobie Ike, Brian Heder and Raul Bautista

The other three organizations have no proper name: they're the businesses of characters Rockstar introduces on its website. Boobie Ike, a Vice City legend, turned the streets into real estate, the Jack of Hearts club and a studio, and per Rockstar the drug money pays for it all. Brian Heder deals out of his boat yard in the Keys and lets others do the dirty work, Jason included. Raul Bautista is a bank robber whose crew, score by score, will have to double down or pull out.

Confirmed

Leonida's police: four names with a badge

In Trailer 2, around 0:47, VICE CITY POLICE is legible on the trunk of a patrol car. In the official screenshot Vice City 06, a black car has VICEBEACH POLICE on its rear. In Ambrosia 01, a road sign in the background points to the Ambrosia County Sheriffs Office. And in Trailer 1, around 0:43, the OfficialPOACH account on the in-game social network shows an officer pulling an alligator out of a pool. Nothing else has a legible name.

In the series

Crews across the series: from the Haitians to the Lost MC

Every GTA has split its city between gangs. Vice City, from 2002, had Umberto Robina's Cubans, Auntie Poulet's Haitians and Mitch Baker's Vice City Bikers. GTA V has the Families, the Ballas, the Vagos, Marabunta Grande and the bikers of The Lost MC. The police have come in layers too: GTA V has city police, a county sheriff, highway patrol and federal agencies. GTA VI already shows at least city police, beach police and a sheriff.

Expectation

What isn't confirmed

Some sites list as fact crews and police forces that Rockstar hasn't confirmed. San4San, for example, comes from the 2022 leak and isn't legible in any official video we've checked. The names of other agencies (highway patrol or sheriffs of other counties) come from fan databases, not from Rockstar. There's nothing official on gang wars or territory you can take over either. Whatever goes into the list goes in with its source.

Frequently asked questions

  • What gangs are in GTA VI?

With an official name, two: the PTT Youngin$, from Southside in Vice City, and the Final Chapter MC biker club, from Ambrosia. Rockstar also introduces the businesses of Boobie Ike, Brian Heder and Raul Bautista.

  • Who are the PTT Youngin$?

A Southside gang in Vice City. Rockstar introduces them in the Ultimate Edition listing, which adds a mission to raid their compound, and shows their illegal goods store in an official screenshot.

  • Are there bikers in GTA VI?

Yes: Final Chapter MC, in Ambrosia. They're in the official screenshot Ambrosia 01, with the club patch, the year 1982 and the AMBROSIA rocker on their vests.

  • What police are in GTA VI?

With a legible name, four: Vice City Police, Vicebeach Police, the Ambrosia County Sheriffs Office and POACH, which pulls an alligator out of a pool in Trailer 1.

  • Are there gang wars in GTA VI?

Rockstar hasn't said. San Andreas let you take over territory and GTA V didn't, so the series gives no safe answer.
