The interrogation
In a flashback cut into the meeting with Brian and Lori at the Effluvia, Jason and Lucia, her in a blonde wig, sit handcuffed while a Vice City police officer questions them about their pistol: "Do tourists carry these?". Someone who is never shown then attacks the officers.
