Its official site places Ambrosia in the heart of Leonida and says American industry and old school values still reign there, whatever the cost. It names the Allied Crystal sugar refinery as what provides the jobs, and the local biker gang as what provides almost everything else.

The line it is introduced with
“The battle for the health and wealth of Leonida begins here.” It is the only one of the six regions Rockstar introduces as a conflict rather than a view, which points to weight in the plot. The line is theirs; that the weight is large is OUR EXPECTATION.

What is still unknown
The biker gang has no published name and there is no confirmation that the refinery is a playable location. Rockstar has not named a real-world counterpart either, though the sugar belt south of Lake Okeechobee is the obvious candidate in real Florida: that last part is our reading.
