Pelican
PelicanThe shot has no caption, but the wetland, the same kind of marsh an airboat crosses just before, fits Grassrivers. In the real world it is the American flamingo: it gets its color from the carotenoids in the algae and small crustaceans it filters with its bill upside down, and in Florida it is seen mostly in Florida Bay and the Everglades, where large groups have been spotted again in recent years.
Clue
In flocks over a shallow wetland, next to alligators and cranes.
Trivia
- Rockstar included it among the species it revealed to Game Informer on September 29, 2026; the magazine counts it as native Florida wildlife.
- The flamingo also shows up as decoration: on the wallpaper of Jason's living room in An Extended Look (around 7:26) and as an inflatable float in the official Leonida Keys 05 screenshot.
