Annis is the series' make modeled on Nissan, and GTA Online's Elegy Retro Custom resembled the R32 Nissan Skyline GT-R, the early-nineties Japanese sports car; the silhouette in this shot fits that kind of car. Provisional name: Rockstar has not confirmed it. Unverified: the coupe is seen for a moment with no legible badge; the model is inferred from the silhouette. The make is the one it carried in earlier games in the series.
