The one in front wears night vision goggles mounted on his helmet, with a green glow in the tubes, and carries a suppressed rifle. His face is hard to see and Rockstar has not said who he is; it is also unknown whether it is a story job or a flashback to Jason's Army days. Night vision goggles amplify what little light there is to see in the dark. They were already equipment in GTA San Andreas (2004). Rockstar has not said how they are used in GTA VI.
