Overview
In GTA Vice City (2002), Emotion 98.3 was Fernando Martinez's power ballad station. The Emotion name shows up again on the radio wheel in the August 2026 gameplay leaks. If it returns to Leonida, the same '80s ballads and soft rock are expected, but Rockstar has not confirmed the station, its genre or its songs. Until it does, it is a rumor.
