Symphony FMOverview
Rock station with its own history in the series: it was the rock station of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City (2002), hosted by Lazlow, and it returned in Vice City Stories (2006). Its tie to GTA VI is a clip on Rockstar's official site (rockstargames.com/VI) showing Jason Duval wearing a shirt with the redesigned V-Rock logo and updated mascot. That confirms the brand still exists in Leonida, but Rockstar has not said whether it will be a playable station or what will play on it. None of the 21 songs identified across the two trailers and An Extended Look has been assigned by Rockstar (or any reliable source) specifically to V-Rock. The only link remains Jason's shirt, not a song heard playing on that station.
On October 19, 2026 a V Rock ad appeared on digital kiosks in Wynwood, Miami, as part of a run of GTA VI in-game brand ads: a bird in sunglasses on a red background and the line "Circling the carcass of rock". Rockstar hasn't claimed those ads or confirmed that V Rock is a playable station (our story).
Where it comes from
