GTA VI stunts and jumps: parachutes, ramps and bridges
There is exactly one official scene of GTA VI stunts: Lucia parachuting over Vice City in the video An Extended Look. No list, no count, no reward. What has been documented is how the series has handled them since Vice City: how many there were, which ones counted toward 100% and what it took to land them.

Confirmed
What Rockstar has shown: one parachute jump
In the official video An Extended Look, around 18:49, Lucia jumps from a high point, free-falls and opens a parachute over Vice City, with the button prompt on screen. It's the only jump Rockstar has shown, and it's enough to confirm two things: there are parachutes, and there's height to use them from. It doesn't confirm a set of stunt jumps, under the bridge challenges, or that any of this counts toward 100%. Rockstar hasn't published counts or rewards.
Expectation
The rooftop jump leak (not confirmed)
In October 2026 a leaked GTA VI video went around in which, as Dexerto described it, Lucia parachutes off a rooftop in what looks like a stunt mission. Rockstar hasn't confirmed the video or said anything about it, and a leak can come from an old build that won't reach stores in that shape. We treat it as what it is: an unofficial clue that fits the jump the official video does show, not proof of a set of jumps with its own counter.
In the series
GTA V: ramps, bridges, knife flights and parachutes
GTA V is the reference because it has all of them. There are 50 stunt jumps spread across Los Santos and Blaine County, 25 of which count toward 100%. There are 50 under the bridge flights, done in the air, and 15 knife flights, which make you fly on your side between two buildings or two rocks. Parachuting is separate, as an activity: jumps from a helicopter and from buildings with a marked landing spot. In every case the game flags the challenge as done and keeps count in the stats.
In the series
Vice City and San Andreas: the unique jump as a tradition
Unique jumps go back a long way. Vice City had 36 and they counted toward 100%, so completionists had to do them all. San Andreas raised it to 70 across the whole state, although they no longer added to the percentage. San Andreas was also the first entry with parachutes: you jumped from planes and buildings, and the story used them in more than one mission. GTA IV kept the set with 50 jumps around Liberty City, but with no flyable planes, so air challenges had to wait for GTA V.
In the series
How to land them: what they always ask for
A stunt jump only counts if you hit the ramp with enough speed, fly the distance it wants and land without crashing or getting thrown off the vehicle. Miss it and it counts as not done, so it's back to the ramp. Sports bikes are the most forgiving option in every entry, because they accelerate fast and level out in the air. Parachute jumps reward something else: opening on time and braking at the end to hit the target. And the air challenges (under the bridge and knife flights) ask you to fly low and precisely, with patience rather than speed.
Expectation
What's reasonable to expect in Leonida (an expectation, not a fact)
Every GTA since Vice City has had stunt jumps and GTA VI already shows a parachute, so having no set at all would be the surprise; that's a deduction from the track record, not an announcement. The confirmed terrain has room for several: Vice City's rooftops and bridges, the roads over the water in the Leonida Keys and Mount Kalaga National Park. What can't be known until playing is how many there will be, whether they'll count toward 100% or whether there's a trophy for finishing them.
Frequently asked questions
Are there stunt jumps in GTA VI?
None confirmed. The only official material is a parachute jump over Vice City in the video An Extended Look. Every GTA since Vice City has had a set of ramp jumps, so expecting one is reasonable, but it's an expectation.
Can you parachute in GTA VI?
Yes: in the official video An Extended Look, around 18:49, Lucia free-falls and opens a parachute over Vice City. Rockstar hasn't detailed whether there are scored parachute challenges like GTA V's.
How many stunt jumps does GTA V have?
50, spread across Los Santos and Blaine County, 25 of which count toward 100%. On top of those are the 50 under the bridge flights and the 15 knife flights, done in the air.
Do jumps count toward 100% in GTA games?
It depends on the entry. In Vice City the 36 unique jumps counted; in San Andreas the 70 didn't; in GTA V 25 of the 50 count. Nothing about GTA VI is confirmed.
Which vehicle works best for ramp jumps?
A sports bike, in every entry: it accelerates fast, gains height and levels out in the air. The air challenges (under the bridge and knife flights) ask you to fly low and precisely.
