Camilo is a Vice City streamer seen in An Extended Look (18:11) filming himself on his phone from inside a car trunk when Lucia opens it. The car then speeds off with him inside, chased by police, and the live chat, at 51-53k viewers, calls him «camilo» and «KING OF TRUNK». Rockstar does not name him in text.
