It is the street of the Launch Trailer chase (0:47): a green Truffade Thrax weaves through traffic under the arcades with VCPD cruisers behind it. In An Extended Look, Lucia and Camilo flee the Vice Beach Police in a Bravado Buffalo, and in the Vintage Vice City Pack screenshots the '55 Vapid Stanier is parked here. The Shore Court service alley runs behind it. Rockstar names it on the official website: it invites players to cruise Shore Drive in the Stanier and store it in the Shore Court garage, and calls the '95 Grotti Cheetah an ode to the avenue.
Why it matches
An oceanfront avenue with a row of neon Art Deco hotels, terraces and a promenade: it recalls Ocean Drive. The Ocean View Hotel, lit pink on the corner of Grape Street, resembles the Clevelander.
