It shows in Trailer 2 behind the chase in which Lucia drives a convertible (2:29), and in An Extended Look, in the distance, while Jason waits at the door of Hank's Waffles (11:27). Provisional name: Rockstar has not confirmed it. A Route 9 road sign in Trailer 2 (2:28) points to Draper Island, on the other side.

Why it matches

A cable-stayed bridge over the mouth of a bay with a port on the far side: it recalls the Sunshine Skyway over Tampa Bay. "Bocamar" sounds like Spanish for "mouth of the sea".
