It is also seen behind Jason, leaning on a palm tree with his phone, in one of his official screenshots. It is one of the hotels that make up the Shore Drive postcard.

Why it matches

It recalls the Hotel Breakwater, at 940 Ocean Drive, one of the avenue's Art Deco classics; the name swaps the breakwater for a boardwalk.
