It appears in Trailer 1, in Trailer 2 (the outdoor bar), in the Launch Trailer (a daytime shot) and in several official screenshots: a Vice Beach Police scene, one of Raul Bautista, one of Jason and Lucia and a wet Shore Drive. It is also in the background of a Real Dimez artwork. Its name can be read on the building's signs.
Why it matches
An Art Deco hotel on Ocean Drive with a bar and pool open to the street that doubles as a beach club: it recalls the Clevelander, at 1020 Ocean Drive, and its signs resemble the real hotel's.
Trivia
- 2002's GTA Vice City already had an Ocean View Hotel in Ocean Beach, also Art Deco: it was Tommy Vercetti's first safehouse. Rockstar has not said whether GTA VI's will have any gameplay use.
- In the music website screenshot, at night on a wet street, its pink neon shares the block with the Hotel Dixon's.
