It appears in the first trailer (0:33), with the Vice Beach and Leonida flags beside it. Its neon is legible at night, next to the Ocean View Hotel, in a screenshot from the music website and in the official Vice City 06 screenshot.

Why it matches

It recalls the Hotel Victor, at 1144 Ocean Drive, with its vertical sign; the name seems to honor Lawrence Murray Dixon, the architect who designed it and one of the authors of South Beach's Art Deco.

Clue

The vertical neon next to the Ocean View.

Based on

Hotel Victor, 1144 Ocean Drive (Miami Beach)

Trivia

  • L. Murray Dixon also designed other Ocean Drive hotels, such as the Tides.
