Shore Drive, the oceanfront avenue of hotels and terraces, runs through it, and behind it lies Shore Court, home to the pre-order garage with a spot for the '55 Vapid Stanier. An Extended Look shows the Vice Beach Police station and the Effluvia rooftop, where Jason and Lucia run Brian's job. It already existed in 2002's Vice City, and it is one of the names GTA VI keeps from that game.
Why it matches
Pastel Art Deco hotels facing the beach at the southern tip of the beach city: it recalls South Beach. Its main avenue, Shore Drive, is the take on Ocean Drive, which also seems to be where the district's name comes from.
Trivia
- It was already a district in 2002's Vice City.
