In An Extended Look (9:30) the venue and its rooftop are shown, with the name labeled on screen. It is where Jason and Lucia meet Brian and Lori Heder, which the linked mission covers. Rockstar has not said whether it can be revisited outside that scene. Its name, hardly appetizing for a restaurant, is one of the series' jokes at the expense of upscale venues.

Why it matches

A rooftop restaurant and bar in South Beach, atop a designer parking garage on Lincoln Road: it recalls Juvia, at the top of 1111 Lincoln Road.
