White apartment block with the Firefly Plaza sign on the roof
Landmarks and venues11 of 24

It is legible in the official Vice City 03 screenshot, on the right, behind the Hotel Valetta: a white, straight-lined block with long balconies and a taller apartment tower behind it. The screenshot is taken from a rooftop with a basketball court, and below a bus drives along the canal-side avenue. It has not appeared in any trailer, and Rockstar has not said whether it can be entered.

Why it matches

By location, beside a canal north of the Art Deco district, it recalls the mid-century apartment blocks along Collins Avenue and Lake Pancoast, in Miami Beach.

Clue

The rooftop sign in the Vice City 03 screenshot.

Trivia

  • The Hotel Valetta sits on the same canal in the same screenshot.
