It is reached by Interstate 397, the I-97 spur that rises over the docks, and by a tunnel from the I-404; a bridge links it to one of the Catalan Bay keys. The Delmar container ship, from the Batten line, berths under Lando-Corp cranes, and an official screenshot shows a cruise ship waiting at night. Trailer signs label it PortViceCity, and it is the backdrop to Jason and Lucia's red Manana in the Launch Trailer (0:26).

Why it matches

A cruise and container port on an island in the bay, with an elevated freeway and an access tunnel: it recalls PortMiami, with the I-395 and the port tunnel.

Trivia

  • Trailer signs label it PortViceCity.
