Provisional name: Rockstar has not confirmed it, nor its location, at the southwest tip of Ocean Beach, on the bay. Jet skis, on the other hand, are official: Jason rides one in Rockstar's screenshots and the Launch Trailer opens with a jet ski being towed toward the keys.

Why it matches

A marina at the southern tip of the beach island, facing the bay and downtown: it recalls Miami Beach Marina, at 300 Alton Road, at the south end of Miami Beach.

Trivia

  • It has not yet been located at a specific trailer timestamp or in an official screenshot with its name.
