Its name is legible on a sign at its base in the official Vice City 08 screenshot, between the Galina Ballet Opera House and Interstate 404, with the Sahara Arena behind. It is the only period building in an otherwise modern complex, and at night it glows white above the rest. Rockstar has not said whether it will have any use.

Why it matches

It recalls the Carnival Tower, the Art Deco tower left over from the 1929 Sears department store on Biscayne Boulevard, now part of the Adrienne Arsht Center.
