Its sign is legible in the official Vice City 08 screenshot, with the Galina Ballet Opera House, a concert hall and the Palaestra Tower inside the grounds, and the Sahara Arena, the Ferris wheel and Interstate 404 behind. In the same screenshot the buildings are lit in green and a billboard with a ballerina advertises the ballet season. Rockstar has not shown the interior yet or said whether there will be shows to watch.

Why it matches

An opera house and a concert hall facing each other across a downtown avenue, with an old Art Deco tower on the lot: it recalls the Adrienne Arsht Center on Biscayne Boulevard, which even has its own Metromover stop.
