The south tower's name was read in the Ultimate Edition screenshot of the '95 Grotti Cheetah, parked outside its garage. In the Launch Trailer they appear in the background (0:27) and Lucia stands on the north tower's roof (1:03); in An Extended Look, that roof overlooks the construction of a third tower. The Akio Hotel sits next door, and from the port they can be seen behind the cranes.

Why it matches

By location, at the tip of the island off the financial district, they recall the Tequesta Point towers on Brickell Key. Rockstar has not confirmed any real model.
