Its name is legible on an overhead Route 3 sign in an official screenshot. In the Launch Trailer, Jason jumps the tracks on a Maibatsu Sanchez as two trains cross (0:49), and in a video on the official site Raul, Jason and Lucia take on the VCPD in its streets. A bridge links it to the Tequesta Retreat island, home to the Pegassi Residences, and its skyline is topped by the tallest building in Leonida.

Why it matches

The glass-tower financial district south of downtown, with a residential island across a bridge: it recalls Brickell, and Tequesta Retreat recalls Brickell Key. The name comes from the Tequesta, the native people of Miami's bay.
