Its name is legible on a road sign in An Extended Look. It is a name GTA VI brings back from 2002's Vice City, where the island held the mansion that ended up as Tommy Vercetti's base. Rockstar has not shown the homes up close yet or said whether any can be entered. For the player, it is Vice Beach's big-money enclave.

Why it matches

Like its GTA Vice City predecessor, it takes its name and concept from Star Island, Biscayne Bay's island of celebrity mansions, linked to the MacArthur Causeway.

  • In GTA Vice City (2002), Starfish Island held Ricardo Diaz's mansion, which later passes to Tommy Vercetti.
