Lit hotel towers of Washington Beach at night with pools below
Neighborhoods3 of 19

The Ultimate Edition material names it: the Shitzu Squalo yacht comes docked at Washington Beach. An official screenshot shows the Firefly Plaza sign on its rooftop, and the Fontainebleau-style hotel appears twice: its rooftop pool in the first trailer and its facade at night in the Launch Trailer (0:18). Like Ocean Beach, it is a name GTA VI brings back from 2002's Vice City.

Why it matches

It sits north of the Art Deco area, with big resort hotels like the Fontainebleau-style one: it recalls Mid-Beach. The name seems to come from Washington Avenue, one of Miami Beach's streets.

Clue

Where the Ultimate Edition's Squalo docks.

Trivia

  • It was already a district in 2002's Vice City.
