Two curved residential towers by the bay, with boats sailing and skyscrapers behind.
Neighborhoods9 of 19

It is seen in the official Vice City 10 screenshot, with the two towers in the foreground, and in the background of a Jason and Lucia screenshot and a music website screenshot; the towers already showed up in the first trailer. Provisional name: Rockstar has not confirmed it. For the player, it is the most exclusive part of downtown, with water on both sides.

Why it matches

It recalls Brickell Key, the man-made island of residential towers and hotels off Brickell, down to its shape and single bridge; and, like Brickell Key with Brickell, it takes its neighbor's name.
