Beyond the site and that screenshot, Rockstar has not shown more of it, so it is not known which shops or activities it will have. From Rockstar's description, it is the Vice City spot most tied to Cuban Americans, one of Miami's largest groups.

Why it matches

The Cuban neighborhood next to downtown, with bakeries and street life: it recalls Little Havana, with its walk-up coffee windows on Calle Ocho and its domino park.
