Its name reads on a sign on a municipal building seen in An Extended Look. The APD polices the town only: the county, according to official material, is covered by the Ambrosia County Sheriff's Office, whose road sign shows in an official screenshot. It is the usual US split between a town's police and the county sheriff.

Why it matches

Ambrosia recalls Clewiston, the sugar town by Lake Okeechobee, which has its own municipal police, the Clewiston Police Department, while Hendry County relies on its sheriff.

Clue

The municipal building with the APD sign.

Trivia

  • Not the same as the Ambrosia County Sheriff's Office, which covers the whole county.
