Former soldier

Jason Duval is one of the two playable characters in GTA VI. A former Army soldier, he worked for drug runners in the Leonida Keys and lives in one of Brian Heder's properties in exchange for helping him out.

Fresh out of prison

Lucia Caminos is the first non-optional female protagonist in Grand Theft Auto history and shares the lead role with Jason Duval. She is out of Leonida Penitentiary, which is where she meets him.

Businessman

Boobie Ike is a local Vice City legend, and acts like it. He turned his time in the streets into a legitimate empire.

Drug runner

Brian Heder is a classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys, and Jason Duval's landlord. He moves product with Lori, his third wife.

Works for Brian Heder

Cal Hampton is Jason Duval's friend and, like him, works for Brian Heder. Where he feels safest is his own home.

Co-owner of Only Raw Records

Dre'Quan Priest was always more of a hustler than a gangster: even when he was dealing on the streets, breaking into music was the goal.

Bank robber

Raul Bautista is a seasoned bank robber, always hunting for people ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards.

Music duo

Bae-Luxe and Roxy are Real Dimez: friends since high school who turned shaking down local dealers into hard cash.

Smuggler

Lori is the third wife of Brian Heder, the veteran Keys smuggler, and runs his boat yard alongside him as they keep moving product. She shows up in the background of a talk between Brian and Jason in the second trailer and in an official website screenshot. In An Extended Look she is with Brian when they meet Jason and Lucia at a rooftop bar.

Corrections social worker

Stefanie appears in the first trailer meeting Lucia Caminos in her office while Lucia is serving time at Leonida Penitentiary. She seems to work as a social worker for the state's corrections system. Her first name and last initial can be read on the nameplate on her desk.

Music artist

DWNPLY is a rap artist from Leonida. According to the official website, a collaboration with them is what made the Real Dimez duo famous around five years before the game's story. Rockstar has not shown them on screen yet.

Weapons seller

Phil owns Phil's Ammu-Nation, a gun store in Leonida. In the second trailer he stars in a TV commercial for the shop, firing a light machine gun outside the store.

Valentina is a client of Mr. Faber and was first seen in GTA Online, stepping off a private jet in Los Santos. In An Extended Look she is in Vice City with Jason and Lucia during their security job for Andrés de León, and attends the opening of Megamundo's headquarters with them. When armed attackers storm the event, she ducks down among the guests.

Businessman

Andrés de León is a high-profile client who hires Jason and Lucia as his security in An Extended Look. He flies into Leonida on a private jet and the pair take him to a party at Megamundo's new headquarters, the company's first in the United States. When masked gunmen storm the building, Jason fights his way through to reach him.

COO of Megamundo

Petra Navarro is the chief operating officer of Megamundo, Vice City's Spanish-language TV network. In An Extended Look she greets Jason and Lucia in the lobby when they arrive with Andrés de León, and later joins them and Valentina at the headquarters opening. After the shooting starts, she is escorted out of the building.
