Raymond, Ray to his people, is a high-ranking San4San member who runs a drug lab in the Venture Apartments in Rockridge, Vice City, and supplies Boobie Ike's club. In An Extended Look, Jason and Lucia are there picking up a delivery for Boobie when Ernesto calls to warn him that "our friends from the task force" are on their way. After Méndez's team raids the building, Raymond escapes with the pair through the window of Aunt Tee's apartment.
