GTA V hit PS3/Xbox 360 in 2013 and didn't reach PC until 2015, almost a year and a half later — but with notable upgrades. Red Dead Redemption 2 repeated the move: consoles first, PC a year later. It's reasonable to expect the same path for GTA VI: PC will come, but not on day one.
Any minimum/recommended spec list circulating today is speculation: Rockstar doesn't publish PC specs until it announces that version. The sensible move is not to buy hardware "for GTA 6" just yet.
